- One-time non-refundable fee: $350 (1 pet), $500 (2 pets)
- Monthly pet rent is $20 per pet
- Max 2 pets per home
Pet Requirements
All pets must have proof of up-to-date vaccinations. Residents are required to clean up after their pets at all times.
Pet Restrictions
The following list of dog breeds is prohibited, including any hybrid or mix of the following: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky, Wolf, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Beauceron, Belgian Malinois, and St. Bernard.
Snakes, spiders, ferrets, and iguanas are not allowed due to liability reasons.
Restrictions do not apply to qualified assistance animals with documentation in accordance with HUD and Fair Housing Act guidelines.
